One word to describe Mystic Seaport Museum... WOW !... After leaving Point Judith Monday, we went up the Mystic river to the museum, where we are spending 2 nigths. They have lots and lots of traditional wooden boats, all displayed along a recreated old time village. We are docked next to a canadian couple on their boat, who we met in Newport. They are also heading south. Mystic is a gorgeous little town, full of Fall colors and people who obviously love to live and work here !
Un mot pour decrire le Musée de Mystic Seaport.... WOW ! Beaucoup de beaux voiliers dans un petit village d'antan. Les gens ici semblent adorer travailler ici, et les couleurs de l'automne sont superbes. On a quitté Judith Point lundi avec un autre voilier canadien, qui va aussi vers le sud, et on a remonté la riviere Mystic jusqu'ici. On va passer 2 nuits au musée, pour avoir le temps de tout visiter.
